Home remedies for pityriasis versicolor

Pityriasis versicolor, also called tinea versicolor, is a superficial yeast overgrowth on the skin. It can cause lighter, darker, or pinkish patches with fine scaling, often on the chest, back, shoulders, neck, or upper arms. The colour may stand out more after sun exposure because affected skin may not tan evenly. Mild itch can occur.
