What should you know about dull skin and dark circles?

Dullness often comes from a dry or uneven surface, irritation, accumulated dead skin, or environmental exposure. Under-eye darkness may look brown or grey from pigment, blue or purple when vessels show through thin skin, or deeper when a hollow creates a shadow.
