Does topical antifungal treatment treat skin yeast infection?

A skin yeast infection often affects warm, moist folds such as the groin, armpits, or skin beneath the breasts. It may cause a red, sore, itchy rash with small spots near the edge. Moisture, friction, tight clothing, and some health conditions can encourage it.
