Chronic myeloid leukaemia can alter blood-cell production and the body's inflammatory activity. These changes may reduce appetite, increase tiredness, or make the body use energy differently. Weight loss may occur with night sweating, fever, a feeling of fullness after eating, or discomfort from an enlarged spleen, but these features vary.
