Breast augmentation with hyaluronic acid: what to consider

A clinician places hyaluronic acid gel into breast tissue to alter volume or contour without inserting an implant. The gel can change how the breast feels and how tissue appears on ultrasound, mammography, or other imaging. Results and breakdown of the material vary between people, and correction may require aspiration, an enzyme treatment, surgery, or observation depending on the problem.

Arrange an in-person assessment with a suitably qualified plastic surgeon or breast specialist.
