Bonamine is a brand name used for an anti-motion-sickness medicine. It can calm signals that contribute to nausea and may make spinning or travel-related dizziness easier to tolerate. It cannot reposition inner-ear particles, clear an infection, or identify why balance signals are disturbed.

Vertigo can occur with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Meniere's Disease, a middle-ear infection, or migraine. A medicine that eases symptoms does not confirm any of these conditions.
