Remain for any advised observation period and report new itching, dizziness, chest tightness, or breathing changes immediately. If you are handed a pharmacy-supplied pack to take to a clinic, follow its storage instructions exactly and do not use it if the packaging is damaged or the liquid looks unexpectedly cloudy or contains particles.

Get emergency assistance for swelling of the lips, tongue, or throat, wheezing, difficulty breathing, fainting, or collapse after Anti-D. Alert clinic or pharmacy staff before administration if the seal is broken, the label is unreadable, storage instructions were not followed, or the solution's appearance concerns you; do not try to correct or transfer the liquid yourself.
