Arrange a routine medical review if symptoms persist despite correctly used treatment, repeatedly disturb sleep, trigger wheezing, or remain difficult to distinguish from infection. Children, pregnant people, and anyone with glaucoma or significant heart, kidney, or prostate problems should get individual advice before choosing a medicine.
