If the treatment is described as an “Allergan skin booster,” request the complete product name and packaging details. The consultation should explain its ingredients, approved purpose, planned injection depth and whether the goal is compatible with your skin.

Some skin boosters contain hyaluronic acid and are placed in small deposits across a treatment area. They are selected for diffuse skin-quality concerns rather than the projection expected from a structural cheek, lip or jaw filler. Product properties and injection patterns vary, so the terms “injectable moisturiser” and “skin booster” do not describe one universal procedure.
