For the initial recovery period, limit activities that noticeably increase heat, flushing, or swelling, and avoid placing heavy pressure over the under-eye area. Contact the injector promptly for worsening swelling, increasing redness or warmth, discharge, fever, a new lump, or asymmetry that concerns you. Seek emergency medical care immediately for blurred or lost vision, double vision, a drooping eyelid, severe or rapidly increasing pain, a spreading pale or dusky skin pattern, marked headache, weakness, or difficulty speaking. Do not wait for the clinic to reopen when eyesight or neurological symptoms are involved.

Confirm which filler was used, where it was placed, what changes the injector expects to settle, and when your result should be assessed. If puffiness or contour irregularity remains, ask what the examination suggests and discuss observation, correction, or dissolving only after the clinician explains the likely benefit and possible downsides.
