- Horrible phone etiquette of pharmacist over phone, ordered my prescription for Ozempic, provided a prescription from RBH was told it was fine and they needed the original, I received medicine and then gave original prescription to driver, recieved a call shortly after being shouted at by pharmacist and that I need to return the medicine which I had no objection to and returned it with the poor driver who had to come all the way back.
